I recently had the pleasure of working with Justin and the Luxe Outdoor Spaces team to completely rebuild our second-story deck, and I must say that the entire process was great. From start to finish, Justin showcased his expertise, personable nature, and exceptional design skills.

We had some issues with the timing of the project and lack of detail regarding charges on the invoices. The invoices came in waves that I also was not expecting. We also had some damage done to our lawn due to deck boards being placed on the lawn instead of the side of our house and damage done to our patio table due to tools and such being placed upon it.
Overall we are happy with the end result and the deck is definitely more usable and safer than the previous one and a more enjoyable design. We could pick apart the little things here and there but again, overall happy with the result.
Our next project, regardless of company hired, we will definitely be more vocal about our property and expectations so that we aren’t spending more money to repair our property after already paying a large amount for the initial project.
