I had an old worn out wood deck that needed to be replaced. I decided I wanted a concrete patio with an attached pergola. After getting 5-6 various estimates, I chose Luxe because I felt the estimate was fair for what I wanted. After seeing the completed project, all I can say is that I am overwhelmed. I was under contract to purchase a home and Justin went above and beyond to explain an issue on a possible safety issue with cantilevered deck. He aid out multiple options on how to replace/repair/replace/retrofit the structure and helped me make a sound decision that was right for me.

Our deck and cover turned out great. As with most large projects, there were some bumps along the way, but Justin always remained responsive and found a solution. Communication was great compared to other contractors we've used and we are definitely happy with the end result.

We hired Luxe Outdoor Spaces to fix our existing deck that was installed incorrectly and having issues. We decided to add wrap around stairs and a picture frame border with breaker boards to our new deck. The wrap around stairs required us to have sprinklers moved. Luxe was able to handle all projects as well as some post wraps on the front porch. We did reuse as much of our existing material as we could but also bought new material for the framing and picture frame border and stairs.
We had some issues with the timing of the project and lack of detail regarding charges on the invoices. The invoices came in waves that I also was not expecting. We also had some damage done to our lawn due to deck boards being placed on the lawn instead of the side of our house and damage done to our patio table due to tools and such being placed upon it.
Overall we are happy with the end result and the deck is definitely more usable and safer than the previous one and a more enjoyable design. We could pick apart the little things here and there but again, overall happy with the result.
Our next project, regardless of company hired, we will definitely be more vocal about our property and expectations so that we aren’t spending more money to repair our property after already paying a large amount for the initial project.

I could go into detail but I’ll keep it simple. Fantastic results. Did what they said they would do, at the price the quoted, under promised and over delivered. This is the summer I have a hot tub, bbq, and gorgeous new deck. If you can fit on their schedule get them to build your deck.
